I've connected a client's database to the wrong Xero organisation.
Using the Connect to GL feature within Xero requires a connection between your client's Cashmanager RURAL database the corresponding Xero organisation.
If you link a database to the wrong Xero organisation you will need to contact our Client Services team and organise for the connection to be reset.
The team will need to know the name of the Cashmanager database so please have it ready.
The turnaround for the reset to be complete is approximately 48 hours.
