The database file is larger than the configured maximum database size
If you see this message please follow the instructions below to get back up and running.
NOTE: These instructions also apply to Foreign Key Value and Host Synch errors. -
Make sure Cashmanager is closed.

Click on the File Explorer button at the bottom of your screen.

Double left click on the (C:).

Open the folder called Users.

Select the folder with your name, or the name you use to log into your computer.

Open the folder called AppData.
If you can't see it, click on the View menu and tick Hidden items
You should now be able to see the AppData folder.
TIP: For Windows 7, click on Organise - Folder and Search options - the View tab. Then tick "Show hidden files, folders and drives". - Open the AppData folder, then the folder Local.
- Open the CRS Software folder.
You will see a file call LocalSystemDB, a file called Report Settings and one or more files made up of a mix of letters and numbers.

Delete all files in this folder.

Close the window, log back into Cashmanager Rural Online and open each database.
