      After signing up to Cashmanager RURAL online and you log in for the first time, there are some settings you'll need to complete like your opening bank balance, as well as signing up for free services like bank feeds.

      Get started now so that you can enjoy the best of what Cashmanager offers.

      Use the checklist below to help guide you through setting up your database. Our Client Services team are also just a phone call, email or chat away.

      Checklist

      1. Enter your business details.
        Such as your financial year and GST setting as well as selecting your code list from one of our farm templates.

      2. Record the opening bank balance.
        At the start of your financial year. Also, any other bank accounts that you want to track.

      3. Setup automated bank feeds.
        They're available for ANZ, ASB, Rabobank and Westpac clients and save time, taking the hassle out of manual data entry.

      4. Setup the Farmlands monthly statement feed.
        It's automatically imported into your database, itemising each purchase throughout the month.

      5. Record opening livestock tallies..
        Start your livestock rec. right by entering tallies on hand at the beginning of your financial year.

      6. Customise your code list.
        The farm templates get you started and you can add any extra codes that you need to suit your business.

      7. Create this year's budget.
        Plan what you want to happen on your farm over the next financial year.

      8. Invite other users.
        Such as your accountant and bank manager or family members.
