    Single farm reports

    Cashmanager RURAL online customers with one farm database will be able to access three single farm reports from the website.

    Cashflow

    This report shows your income and expenditure per month against one farm business. You can change any of the following filters to create the report you want:

    • Farm business Name (select one from a list)
    • Financial Year
    • Choose to view actual, budget or revised data
    • Revised Month (Set the month you want to view actuals to)

    YTD Variance

    This is a suite of YTD Variance reports, that use the same filters, for a single farm database.

    These reports show how you are tracking against your budget for the year. There are three reports within this suite – YTD Opening and Closing Balances, YTD Summary and YTD Cashflow.

    You can apply the following filters to these reports:

    • Farm business Name (select one from a list)
    • Financial Year
    • YTD to Month (select the month you want your actuals to show to)
    • Select two budgets to compare YTD actuals against
    • From the YTD Summary report, you can also choose to view variance against actuals

    Trends

    This report shows your 5-year trend information against a single farm business. You can change any of the following filters to create the report you want:

    • Farm business Name (select one from a list)
    • Financial Year
    • Choose to view either Actuals or Budget
    • Where budget is selected for current year, the remaining years will use actual data
    • Choose to view variance against trends
