We are looking for some in-milk crossbred cows in the north island, does anyone know what they're worth at the moment?

Talked to stock agent yesterday, apparently some in-milk cows sold in the Wairarapa for up to $2200! Huge money considering only a few months ago people couldn't even sell in-calf heifers for $900ea.

Was speaking to our local stock agent said reasonable to good crossbred cows have been going for $1500-$1700 but is dependant on age bw etc
